How it works:
- Go to the checkout page to order your Wordpress plan.
- Fill in the required Admin username and password.
- Once the payment is processed, a support member will send you a confirmation email that your wordpress website is ready to use. Make sure that info@st-georgehosting.com is in your safe list and that the emails from us are not going to your junk folder.
- If you do not get this email in 24 Hrs, please send an email to tech@st-georgehosting.com.
- To setup your email forwarder. Open a support ticket by sending an email to tech@st-georgehosting.com. Mention in your email the required email name and your email that you want to forward the emails to. One of our support team will setup it for you and send you a confirmation email.
The following are Not included in the plan:
- The CPanel username and password.However, you can upgrade at any time to any regular plan (Owl, Beaver, Wolf or Lion) to get the CPanel login details.
- The FTP details.
*An email forwarder means that you will have one email with your domain name and will have it forwarded to your favorite email client, ex: gmail or hotmail.
