If you did NOT purchase your domain from us, then you have to change the DNS servers by yourself because we do not have control over your domain registerar.
Most domain registrars have a tool so you can do this yourself. Then you will remove the current name servers and replace them with the name servers from your welcome email. Please contact your domain registerar to change your DNS name servers. You should find our DNS names in the welcome email you received from us after signing up to the hosting account.
For further details you are welcomed to contact us at any time at
info@st-georgehosting.com
Or alternately you can open a support ticked from your account.
