How to keep or delete emails on the Mail server using Outlook Express client

To enable the "Leave a copy of message on the server" or "Delete the emails from the server" using Outlook Express:

Select Tools | Accounts.
Select the Mail tab.
Select your Mail account and click Properties.
Select the Advanced tab.
Choose the option you prefer:
- To keep your messages: Check the Leave a copy of messages on server checkbox to save your Yahoo Mail Inbox messages on both the Yahoo Mail server and on Outlook Express.
- To delete your messages: Do not check this checkbox if you want to delete the messages from the server after you have received them in Outlook Express.
Click OK.
Close Outlook Express and restart.

Note: Choosing to leave a copy of your emails on the server might consume your hosting space if yo receive large volume of emails.
